The Best Erotic Writing, Delivered Fresh Weekly

Press Release: January 17, 2001

Clean Sheets Magazine is honored to announce that three of our published stories have been included in Susie Bright's The Best American Erotica 2001 anthology. We take this opportunity to congratulate Todd Belton for his story, Expanding On An Idea; Damian Grace for The Man Who Ate Women; and Hanne Blank for And Early to Rise.

Clean Sheets is also well-represented in Marcy Sheiner's new Best Women's Erotica 2001, with eight of our favorite Clean Sheets' writers included -- Tracy Alvrez, Hanne Blank, Kristine Hawes, Debra Hyde, Susannah Indigo, Mary Anne Mohanraj, Helena Settimana, and Anne Tourney, whose story Ropeburn first appeared in the pages of Clean Sheets last year.

Clean Sheets Magazine is run by an all-volunteer staff located around the world, and is updated every Wednesday with articles, exotica, fiction, poetry, reviews and an art gallery. Visit our popular bookstore, where you can pick up your copies of The Best American Erotica 2001 or Best Women's Erotica 2001, and be sure to take a peek in our archives, where you can read stories that may very well make their way into the 2002 books.

This February, Clean Sheets will devote all of our weekly issues to the theme of Somewhere I Have Never Travelled, including some sexy Breakfast in Bed recommendations, what it means to be Queer in Russia, the location of the Zero-G spot during Sex in Space, the gypsies of Lost Angelica, a trip to the Whacked Porpoise Inn, a long slow train ride toward love, and the secret sex life of a jitterbug.
