 Though you wouldn't know it watching him
shamelessly flirt his way through ballrooms and social
dance floors, Hipster Doofus is shy. His childhood
was spent drawing comic book heroes and thinking too much
about philosophy he didn't understand. Coming of
age in Portland, Oregon in the last decade of the
twentieth century, he discovered ballroom and then
swing-dancing as a creative and physical outlet.
This opened the door to a world of experiences that
routinely conflict with his Catholic upbringing. So
while you will usually find him out dancing, socializing,
drinking, or otherwise occupied, he'd much prefer to be
at home sleeping on the couch. |
