 Corrie
Ancone was born
in Holland and is now living in Sydney, Australia. She does freelance
work as
a professional photographer -- primarily
focused on arts and entertainment, community, and documentary areas.
Corrie
has a Fine Arts Diploma from the South Australian School of Arts.

"Drawing
my inspiration from mythology and nature, my creativity stems from my
lust for finding and exploring sympathies between the human body and
natural textures. Using the technique of sandwiching stills, where colors and textures collide,
I create new visual and emotional dimensions -- often painterly and
surreal."
Corrie
culls inspiration and subjects from "a pantheon of contemporary mythological beings, charged with sensuality
and tinged with more that a hint of eroticism."
