Bring your libido into the light. Send us a story! Clean Sheets is open again
for fiction submissions.
Maybe you have a tale you have to tell. Or a trove of secret erotic stories
in the shoe box under your bed. Or maybe you're an experienced writer who
just never happens to have written an erotic story.
Clean Sheets publishes the great, established writers of erotica. We also
have an outstanding record for publishing new writers, and we provide strong,
skilled editorial support.
Start out by reading our archives and feedback to get
the flavor of what delights our readers.
We like stories with real plots, three-dimensional characters, and lovely
red-hot fresh language. We don't much like "strokers" -- the Net has numberless
thousands of them. (And you'd better have a really good reason for typing
"cum," or using the term "member," unless discussing a club.) We like it best when you have something important to say, some
insight, some translucent and bottomless emotion, some unique perspective on
our erotic selves.
Here's a sampling of stories from the archives, among the best we've ever
published: Troy by Julia Peters is about as good, and as tender, as short
stories get. Daniel James Cabrillo's Lunch with Cathy takes the simplest
premise and systematically lubricates every membrane in your body. Allison Lonsdale's The Symbol for Intensity unrelentingly
raises the erotic stakes in just about every way imaginable -- along with our
blood pressure. Want one-of-a-kind?
Try Woman Being Tongued to Orgasm While Reciting the North American Capital
Cities by the inimitable Mark Aster. There's more, of course: gay, gentle,
lesbian, lascivious, sidewise, sad, giggly, and over the top, triads and tram
cars, nothing-but-sex, and love at all cost.
So, pssst...send us a dirty story!
